While perhaps not as well received as Angels Cry and Holy Land, Angra’s third release, 1998’s Fireworks, is definitely worth checking out. It was Andre Matos’ final studio recording with the band as he would leave Angra (along with Luis Mariutti and Ricardo Confessori) after the Fireworks tour to start Shaman. Tune in to find out where the Metal Exchange guys rank this album compared to their first two efforts.
