It took almost four years but we finally have circled back to Avantasia and their second full length album, The Metal Opera Part II. Tobias Sammet returned with the same cast of legends from Part I but also added the great Bob Catley to the mix. We both gave Part I a perfect 10 score back in February of 2021. Does Part II also reach that rarified air?
