This week we celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of Helloween’s Master of the Rings album which was first released on July 8, 1994. This album marks a major pivot for the band as Andi Deris and Uli Kusch were brought in to replace Michael Kiske and Ingo Schwichtenberg. After Pink Bubbles Go Ape and Chameleon turned out to be commercial failures, Helloween went back to square one and proved to the doubters that they were still a force to be reckoned with.
