We wanted to do something special for our 250th episode so we present to you The Metal Exchange Podcast’s origin story, so to speak. Back in 1997, our friend Ralph made Chris a mix tape of all of his favorite heavy metal tunes at that time and the rest, as they say, is history. We invited Ralph to sit down with us and discuss that very mix tape including the events leading up to its creation. How many of these songs did Ralph remember putting on this thing? And does he remember why he chose those songs?
